Providence Baptist Church is located in the heart of the Batesville Community in Clarkesville, Georgia.  Our church was established in the early 1800's.  We are members of the Georgia Baptist Convention.  Our congregation seeks to serve the Lord and our families with the truth of God's word.  Our ministries to children and youth are designed to minister as much to the parents as these young souls.  People redeemed by the blood of Christ desperately need to know His word.  It is our desire to honor God by pointing to His truth in all we do.  Providence Baptist is a place where the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, His death, burial, and resurrection is the Focus of all we do.  Please check out some of the programs that are available for you and contact our office if you have any questions regarding our programs or our spreading of the Word.
